Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by Centide (the “Company”), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Services)

The Company provides software including MaruLog. Service content may change for the sake of improvement, and important changes are announced in advance through Notices.

Article 3 (Paid Services and Refunds)

Subscription payments follow the policy of each app market (such as Google Play). Refunds are likewise governed first by that market's refund policy; for matters the market cannot handle, please contact Support.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Users must use the services in accordance with the law and these terms, and must not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the normal operation of the services.

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable when it cannot provide the services due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters or carrier outages.
